Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel as confident and beautiful in your Mirror Palais pieces as we felt creating them. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
